Passport numbers, dates of birth, diets and medical notes are encrypted, and revealed only with a reason that is recorded.
Deleted on time
Passport and health details go 90 days after the charter by default, never later than 180; the rest after a year.
Accounted for
Every export needs a reason, carries a watermark and is logged; every look at a passport is in the charter's activity.
