One yacht, every booking system in sync.
Your yachts are on CYA, Booking Manager (MMK) and Nausys. Musterlist watches all of them and, when a week is booked on one, closes it on the others. Crewed or bareboat, the same yacht is never sold twice.
Three systems, one yacht, and someone closing weeks by hand.
A double booking costs a week's charter, a refund or a costly upgrade, and a client who will not come back. Musterlist is built to make it impossible, not just rare.
Without Musterlist
- A week booked on MMK stays open on Nausys until someone closes it.
- Two agencies book the same yacht for the same week; you find out at the base.
- Every morning starts with three tabs, checking each yacht against the others.
- Options expire unnoticed, or stay open after the week is sold elsewhere.
With Musterlist
- A booking or option on one system closes the yacht on every other system by itself.
- A clash between systems reaches your phone the moment we see it.
- One page, Today, lists only what needs you; the morning email sums up the night.
- Every yacht in one calendar, with every system's bookings side by side.
You keep your systems. We keep them in step.
Connect your accounts
Your company's own CYA, Booking Manager and Nausys logins. We read every yacht's bookings: MMK every 15 minutes, CYA and Nausys every hour.
Match your yachts
We suggest which listing on each system is the same yacht, by name, model and base. You confirm, once. From then on, one calendar per yacht.
Switch auto-close on
See the list of blocks it would place first. Then a booking or option on one system closes the yacht on the others: CYA, MMK and Nausys alike.
Every system's bookings, side by side.
See each yacht's season as one line per system: bookings, options, service and the blocks we placed. The day of return is free, as it is in your contracts.
- Open any booking in its own system with one click
- The season board shows the whole fleet at once
- A private calendar link for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar
Know what needs you, before it costs you.
Clashes between systems, weeks not closed, a block we could not place, an option about to expire. Each with the button for its next step, and nothing else.
- The morning email at 08:00 your time, only when there is something to say
- A health page for every connection, so a rejected login never goes unseen
Which yacht sells where, and how well.
Weeks booked per yacht and per system for the season you set: see which system brings the bookings and which yachts still have gaps.
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your fleet, in plain words.
Connect Musterlist to the AI assistant you already use. Ask "which of my Lefkada yachts are free 3 to 10 July?" and it answers from your bookings on CYA, MMK and Nausys together, saying when each system was last read.
- Is a yacht free for these dates? Which yachts are free, by base?
- A yacht's bookings for a period, and what needs you today
- Options ending soon, before they lapse
- Aura, Lagoon 42
- Pelagos, Lagoon 46
Every booking, next to everything else in your day.
Make a private calendar link for all your yachts, or one yacht, and subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Each charter is one all-day event, from every system, with a link back to Musterlist.
- "Aura · Booking · MMK", with its dates, its base and when an option ends
- A charter closed on several systems is one event, not three
- Never client names, so it is safe on a shared calendar
- Each person makes their own link; reset or remove it in a click
At the base, on the quay, at sea.
Install Musterlist on your phone's home screen in two taps: no app store. Today, every yacht's calendar, and a notification the moment two systems clash.
Built around how a charter office really works.
Morning email
What changed overnight, at 08:00 your time. Each person chooses what they get.
Alerts on your phone
A notification the moment two systems clash, or a block could not be placed.
Season board
The whole fleet's season at once, a line per yacht, filtered to what needs you.
Website widget
Free and booked weeks of a yacht on your own website, kept up to date by itself.
Connection health
Each system's last read and any refused login, so a stale connection never goes unseen.
Your whole team
Everyone at your company sees the calendars, at no extra cost; only the owner changes connections and auto-close.
For the weeks when every yacht is out, every booking counts, and nobody has time to check three systems. Musterlist
The charters brokers send you, and their money.
When a broker hands you a charter, Managed charters gives your crew the guest list, your team the expenses and APA with receipts, and the owner the finances and a statement.
See Managed chartersYour data, your guests' data, kept like it should be.
Built for the GDPR from the first line: the least data, kept the shortest time, seen by the fewest people.
Encrypted logins
Your CYA, Booking Manager and Nausys logins are stored encrypted, and never written to logs.
Passports locked away
Guests' passport and health details are encrypted and revealed only with a reason that is recorded.
Deleted on time
Sensitive guest data is deleted after the charter on your schedule: by default 90 days, never more than 180.
Private links
A guest's sheet link is never stored readable, only a fingerprint of it; you can withdraw it at any time.
Roles that make sense
Only the company owner connects systems, switches auto-close on, manages the team and the subscription.
No tracking
No ads, no analytics cookies, nothing sold or shared. Payments go through Stripe; we never see card numbers.
Simple, per yacht. Free for 14 days.
Prices in US dollars, before VAT. Stripe works out the VAT for your country and sends the invoices. Cancel any time.

Before you start
Which booking systems does it work with?
CYA, Booking Manager (MMK) and Nausys. We read bookings and options from all three, and auto-close places our blocks on all three.
Is it for crewed yachts or bareboats?
Both. A crewed motor yacht or a bareboat sailing yacht: a booked week is a booked week, and the Channel Manager keeps it closed on every system the yacht is on.
Do I have to change how my agencies book?
No. Your yachts stay on the systems they are on, at the same prices and conditions. Musterlist works with your company's own accounts on them.
Does it write to my systems straight away?
No. Connecting only reads. Nothing is written to a system until you switch auto-close on for a yacht, after seeing the list of blocks it would place.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose monthly or yearly and pay by card through Stripe. If you don't, the Channel Manager's pages close, your connections and matches stay for when you come back, and nothing is charged.
How are new yachts charged?
The price follows the number of yachts you have matched. On a monthly plan, a yacht added mid-month is on the next invoice for the days left. On a yearly plan it is charged at once for the months left. A yacht removed is credited.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Subscription page. It runs to the end of the period already paid.
Where is my data, and who sees it?
Only the people in your company. Your system logins are stored encrypted, and guests' passport and health details are encrypted too. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. See the privacy policy.
