Know what is missing, before the yacht asks.
The charter shows how many guests are complete, which sections are done, and a "still missing" list by name. The answers read as the crew will use them.
- Meals, food, drinks, activities, your group, special occasions, anything else
- Each guest's diet and allergies, arrival and departure flights
- Changed after you sent it? The charter says so, and you send again
Passports where they belong: locked away.
Passport number, date of birth, diet and medical notes are encrypted. You see them only after choosing a reason, and each look is recorded with your name.
- Passport expiring within six months of the charter is flagged
- Health details are shared with the crew only if the guest agrees
- The lead guest can send a guest a link to their own card only

Every export is a PDF for one charter, watermarked with your name, the time and why you made it. The download link lasts two hours and works only for you.

Encrypted at rest
Passport number, date and place of birth, dietary and medical notes.
Revealed with a reason
Sending to the yacht, operational need, client or authority request, damage dispute: each view is logged.
Deleted on time
Passport and health details 90 days after the charter by default (up to 180); the rest after 365 (up to 730). A legal hold stops it.
Links never stored
Only a fingerprint of each guest link is kept. Reissue it and the old one stops at once.
Code-locked
Five wrong codes lock the page for 15 minutes. A device that entered the code is not asked again for 30 days.
No accounts for guests
Guests need only the link and the code: nothing to install, no password to forget.
About the sheet
Do guests need an account?
No. They need the link and the six-digit code. They can stop and come back to it any time before the link expires, three days after the charter starts.
Does Musterlist send the link to my guests?
You send it, by email or any message, and give the code separately. The automatic reminders then go to the lead guest, without the code.
Can I see a passport number when I need it?
Yes, after choosing a reason. Each reveal is recorded with your name, the guest and the reason.
Can I export to Excel?
No: PDFs only, one charter at a time, always with a reason. That is on purpose.
Can I change the questions?
You can switch whole sections off (meals, food, drinks, activities, your group, occasions, diving, travel) and add your own note for guests. Questions within a section are the same for everyone.
