Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are between Musterlist ("we") and the company that opens a Musterlist account ("you"). By creating an account you accept them for your company.
The service
Musterlist is software for yacht charter companies: the Channel Manager, which reads the bookings of your yachts on CYA, Booking Manager (MMK) and Nausys with your own accounts and, where you switch it on, places blocks on all three; and tools for brokers (charters, preference sheets, proposals, itineraries).
Trial and subscription
- A new company may use a product free for 14 days. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, at the prices on our website when you subscribe, before VAT. The price follows the number of yachts in the Channel Manager and of members in the broker plan, prorated.
- Payment is taken by Stripe and Link, who sell the subscription on our behalf and issue the invoices with VAT.
- A subscription renews until cancelled. You can cancel any time; it runs to the end of the period already paid, without a refund for that period unless the law requires one.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.
The Channel Manager: what it does and does not promise
- We read MMK about every 15 minutes, CYA and Nausys about every hour. A booking made between two reads, or while a system is unreachable, can clash before we see it. We alert you when we do.
- Blocks are placed only for yachts where you switch auto-close on. You remain responsible for your bookings, prices and contracts with agencies and clients.
- We do our best to keep the service running and the data correct, but we do not guarantee that a double booking can never happen.
Your responsibilities
- Give us only logins you are allowed to use, and keep your team's access up to date.
- Have a lawful basis for the client and guest data you put into Musterlist, and tell your guests about it.
- Do not misuse the service, try to reach other companies' data, or overload it.
Your data
Your data is yours. We process the data you put in only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes, and we act as your processor for your clients' and guests' data. [Data processing agreement to be attached.]
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost bookings or profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that does not pay or that breaks these terms, after telling you. When an account closes, your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy says.
Law
